Whether you're just getting started or already have installation experience, Avanti Window and Door is looking for motivated individuals to join our team. We install windows and doors in newly constructed homes and offer hands-on training for entry-level candidates and growth opportunities for experienced installers ready to advance.

Pay: $18 - $ 25 per hour (based on experience)

Starting Hours: 6 am

What You’ll Do

• Assist with installing windows and doors in new residential homes
• Learn the AIM installation method through hands-on training
• Support and collaborate with a team in the field
• Use tools like cordless drills, levels, and nail guns
• Follow all company safety and OSHA guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and on time, every day
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Able to use basic hand and power tools (or eager to learn!)

Bonus Points

• Construction or window installation experience
• Valid Driver’s License (clean driving record a plus)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required if you have relevant experience)
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and understand instructions, measurements, and job details

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on job. You’ll be standing, lifting, climbing, and working outdoors regularly.
